Most LifeLabs locations in Victoria are open. Please check the LifeLabs website for current hours and addresses.
FAXED REQUISITIONS TAKE AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS TO GET INTO THEIR SYSTEM.
Imaging Tests
A physician or nurse practitioner requisition is needed for all imaging tests.
Please note that all x-ray patients now require appointment bookings except for the WCMI location at 582 Goldstream Ave, next to the West Shore Urgent Primary Care (previously St Anthony’s).
